When will I receive my order?

All orders, unless otherwise specified, will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow the shipment. Although most shipments will be faster, please allow up to 7-10 days to receive. Orders will be shipped via UPS or Canada Post and delivery times will vary due to the carrier but we will do our best to ensure you receive it as soon as possible.

Exchanges

Please bring the product and the receipt for exchange within 30 days of purchase. Once the product has been received at our warehouse, we will issue you store credit onto an e-gift card.
