When will I receive my order?

All orders, unless otherwise specified, will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow the shipment. Although most shipments will be faster, please allow up to 7-10 days to receive. Orders will be shipped via UPS or Canada Post and delivery times will vary due to the carrier but we will do our best to ensure you receive it as soon as possible.

Our commitment is to provide the highest quality 100% natural products for your ailment. If something isn�t working for you, let us make it right. Blends that do not take care of your wellness needs can be refunded with the original receipt. Without receipt, we will happily exchange your item for an alternative blend that better supports your wellness or issue a gift card. Please be advised that sale items will not be eligible for return and a store credit will be applied.

Exchanges

Please bring the product and the receipt for exchange within 30 days of purchase. If you do not live near Mission, BC, simply contact by email at�florahomeandbodyco@gmail.com, and we will arrange for your return. Once the product has been received at our warehouse, we will issue you store credit onto an e-gift card.
