When will I receive my order?

All orders, unless otherwise specified, will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow the shipment. Although most shipments will be faster, please allow up to 7-10 days to receive. Exchanges

Please bring the product and the receipt for exchange within 30 days of purchase. If you do not live near Mission, BC, simply contact by email at�florahomeandbodyco@gmail.com, and we will arrange for your return. Once the product has been received at our warehouse, we will issue you store credit onto an e-gift card.
1.Trim wick to 1/4 inch before first burn and ensure the wax melts to the edge of the jar before blowing out.
2.After First burn you can trim wick or pinch off the curled bits of the black (not the entire black portion)

3.If the flame is dimming and seems it might go out, continue burning for 20 more minutes. If low flame persists, blow out candle, wait for wax to harden, re-trim and re-light.

4.Do not pour out melted wax as this will cause tunneling and can drown your wick.

5.Ensure every burn goes to edge of vessel to minimize tunneling.
